The village of Lacock is owned and maintained by the National Trust, so if a picture-perfect setting is your dream get away, this is it. The Coach House is reminiscent of a villa in Provence, with a pool and an ambling garden with plenty of space for post dinner walks. The village has three pubs, one being the 15th century inn Sign of the Angel, with an excellent foodie reputation. Whilst we can’t guarantee southern France temperatures we can assure you that this corner of Wiltshire is very jolie indeed.
